Meet Michelle: From Strategic Growth to Soul-Aligned Systems
Hi, I’m Michelle Baeza. For more than three decades, I’ve built businesses, guided growth, and designed systems that support real, sustainable success—founding and scaling four ventures along the way.
But my path has never been just strategy. For over 25 years, I’ve walked a deeply spiritual journey, studying Reiki, intuitive healing, and energy alignment. I’m a certified Reiki Master, GEO Love Healing Practitioner, and conscious channel. This blend of grounded business experience and spiritual wisdom is the heart of Conscious Automator.
I created this company to support spiritual and heart-led entrepreneurs—those who want to be seen online without selling out, and automate without losing their authenticity. I believe your business systems should reflect your soul, and your website should be a sanctuary for your work.

Over the last three decades, I’ve founded and led four very different ventures — from a corporate gift business I grew in my 20s, to a handcrafted raw foods brand born at my kitchen table, to a consulting firm focused on strategic growth and acquisitions, and now Conscious Automator — a digital systems brand for spiritual entrepreneurs.
Through it all, my professional path has been deeply intertwined with my spiritual one. I’ve always viewed technology as more than a tool — it’s an energetic bridge that carries your voice, your purpose, and your calling into the world.
