Hi, I’m Michelle Baeza. For over three decades, I’ve built businesses, guided growth, and created systems that support real, sustainable success—founding and running four ventures of my own along the way.
For more than 25 years, I've also been immersed in spiritual practice. As a certified Reiki Master, GEO Love Healing Practitioner, and intuitive healer, I understand the unique energy and vision behind conscious brands.
That's why I created Conscious Automator: to help spiritual entrepreneurs be seen, so their healing work can ripple outward - transforming lives, communities, and the planet itself.

Over the last three decades, I’ve founded and led four very different ventures:
A corporate gift business I grew from scratch in my early entrepreneurial days
A handcrafted raw foods brand from my kitchen table
A consulting firm supporting business acquisitions and strategic growth
And now Conscious Automator - a digital brand supporting conscious entrepreneurs through aligned automation
All while walking a deep spiritual path.
For more than 25 years, I’ve studied and practiced energy healing, intuition, and soul-aligned strategy. I’m a certified Reiki Master, GEO Love Healing Practitioner, and conscious channel with lifelong psychic gifts.
My business and spiritual journeys have always informed each other, and together, they shaped my approach to automation that feels deeply aligned, not mechanical.
