About Michelle
Hi, I'm Michelle Baeza, and I've walked in your shoes.
For over three decades, I’ve been in the business world, building companies, leading strategy, and creating systems that generate real, sustainable growth. I founded and successfully ran four ventures of my own. I know what it takes to move from idea to income, and from burnout to balance.
But I’ve also spent over 25 years immersed in spiritual practice. I’m a certified Reiki Master, GEO Love Healing Practitioner, and intuitive channel. I understand the energy, vision, and soul work behind conscious brands, because I’ve done that work myself.
Along the way, I noticed something heartbreaking: spiritual entrepreneurs were being told they had to choose. Either stay authentic and broke, or compromise their values to succeed. That’s a false choice.
